LANSING, MI, July 11, 2017 –The Michigan Freedom Fund today announced that Cameron Pickford has been hired as the organization’s new Communications Director.
Pickford comes to the Freedom Fund after serving as the New Media Manager for the Michigan House Republicans. His work was instrumental in expanding the reach of their messaging.
“As a designer and a communicator, Cameron is one of the best in the state, and he’s dedicated to defending Michigan workers and taxpayers,” said Freedom Fund President Terri Reid. “Cameron is creative and tenacious, and we couldn’t be more excited to have him join our growing team.”
Previously, Pickford served as the Creative Director for the Michigan Republican Party, and helped engineer electoral wins in 2010, 2012 and 2014. Pickford resides in Lansing with his wife Shanté and their three daughters.
